Kim is the best realtor either one of us has ever worked with. She goes the extra mile ALWAYS! She crosses all her T’s and dots all her I’s. She is extremely ethical and above board on all actions. She never drops the ball and attended every meeting we had. If she doesn’t know the answer to anything, she will research it and get right back with you. Our buyers were so impressed with her when they came to an Open House they ended up using her as well and she became a transactional representative, and was fair to both sides.
