Kim is hands down the best! We knew nothing going into this process except that we were on a big time crunch with twins due in the spring. Kim quickly read us and seriously just understood exactly what we were looking for. She found a house that had just came on the market and it was just our perfect dream home. I couldn’t have picked it better myself. She made the process way quicker than I thought it would be and was a wealth of knowledge with steering us through the various inspections, appraisal process, etc. We are so glad that Kim was recommended to us and highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a home!
