Kim was very professional. She went the extra mile to get my parent’s house sold quickly. We ended up accepting an offer well above asking price. She didn’t try and persuade me one way or another on decisions. She just laid out all of the options and let me decide. She went the extra mile when it came to staging and advertising the house. We ended up with multiple offers after just one weekend. She made the closing painless as well. She was always available and prompt to respond to any questions. Overall, she did a great job, and I would highly recommend her to anyone I know who was buying or selling a house.

Selling a home is both hectic and stressful, but Kim guided us through this process and made this load lighter than what I was expecting.
