I am unable to express how remarkable it is to work with Kim. Here's a first-rate realtor who will do right by you. If you are looking to sell or buy a home, Kim Trawick is your realtor. Period. We've relied on Kim's know-how as buyers and sellers in the Orlando area, and if I were looking to buy property again, I would unequivocally go to her. She's not only a joy to work with (i.e. great attitude), she has an uncanny “spidey” sense when it comes to homes, meaning she won’t stir you wrong. Her communication is on point throughout the entire process. When we were looking for a home, Kim honed in on what we were looking for and was mindful of our budget, and she delivered in record time. When we were selling, she let us know what the market was like and what her gut was telling her. In addition, since we lived now out of state during the selling process, she made sure our house was show-ready and checked on it several times during the weeks prior to closing, even during Hurricane Dorian. (Who does that?! She does.) Kim is a real estate agent who truly cares about her clients and wants to see them happy.
