Kim was wonderful to work with, I feel so lucky to have found her! She was very knowledgeable about the market, helped me understand how best to negotiate, was very professional, and made me feel at ease/taken care of throughout the whole process. This was my first home that I’ve purchased by myself and it felt overwhelming at times, but Kim helped me to navigate the entire process and made everything easy for me understand. I cannot recommend Kim enough!
