I really wish I could rate a 10 of 5. Kim made the entire process of selling our house extremely easy. She kept us informed every step of the way and left no stone unturned. There were a couple obstacles to overcome and since I was out of state, she took care of the minor things that could hold us up on the sale. The listing went live on July 14th, contract on the 15th and closed on the 31st! That might just be a record! Kim was an absolute joy to work with and I would highly recommend her!
