I have had the privilege of working with Kim on two separate transactions. The first was buying a house when I moved down into Florida. Her knowledge of the market was amazing. Kim helped us originally purchase our home and she helped us sell it a year later! She is absolutely amazing! We had some significant life changes to where my husband was injured at work and is now permanently disabled. I ended up becoming my husband’s full time caregiver. Kim took all that into consideration and was able to work miracles to get this home sold. I honestly feel like a gained a friend in her because she walked us through the fire. Our house sold on the day the Hurricane Ian hit Florida. Everyone else’s homes had to be delayed but somehow ours was able to closed on!
