Very thorough!

We had an unusual set of circumstances. Kim was very understanding and caring about what we needed. She hit every base and made sure we understood the processes had we needed them. We are disappointed and surprised in the amount of actual proceeds we received, but we’re thankful for how the transaction turned out overall.
