Long story short, we sold two houses at the same time. Another realtor sold the other house just because we bought it from her and it seemed like the right thing to do. Having two agents operate at the same time was great. Kim was super responsive, always in communication, was on our side as the seller, and gave great advice at every turn. Because of this and other experiences previous to me meeting Kim, I’ll never use anyone but her going forward. She earns her commission as opposed to anyone else. I can’t say enough good things about Kim.

This is our second home we purchased with Kim and we couldn't be happier with our experience. She was very in-tune with what we wanted in our new home and offered solid advice when viewing homes. Whenever viewing homes, Kim was very upfront about potential issues we could encounter in the future as well as positive features we may have not immediately thought of. Setting up viewings of homes was as easy as just messaging an address and day, and she would take care of everything else. Once we selected a home and put in an offer, Kim was a staunch advocate for us every step of the way. From negotiations to contracts, she took care of all the leg work for us and we just had to discuss plans. She is also very knowledgeable about the current market, trends, and costs; when the recent hail storm came through and damaged the house we were buying, she was able to help us navigate through re-negotiations and addendums with minimal effort on our end and offered advice on not only what to request but also planning for the future with different options depending on how the negotiations would proceed.
