She knew so much about the area I wanted to live in and gave great suggestions and recommendations based on the things that were important to me. She spent time as we were driving between listings showing and pointing out businesses, stores, restaurants, breweries, and other cool Huntersville spots to really help me envision what life was like here. She was always accessible by phone and email and didn’t mind helping me talk through such a big decision. I wouldn’t have found my dream home without Kim! She made the process of buying a first home less terrifying and even enjoyable. She was a huge advocate for me during the closing process and made the move to Huntersville smooth and painless.
