I want to start out by saying what a wonderful experience it was working with Kim. I was selling my mothers condo after a long battle with her health. I was a emotional wreck and Kim (my hero) stepped in and assured me that everything was gonna be fine. She immediately got to work and made herself available for any questions or concerns I had . Kim and her husband Ron even came to Condo one day because I was not handling the loss well but wanted this condo SOLD. The helped me rid the condos of items I could just not deal with. She helped with the buyer for the condo and had it wrapped up amazingly for me. She will always considered a friend and someone I Call when I have questions or concerns. Thank you Kim!
