We met Kim by chance one day and when the time came to settle my father in laws estate and sell his condo, we enlisted her help. Selling a property when you live out of state can be difficult and a downright nightmare, especially when you are already dealing with a loss of a family member, but Kim was with us every step of the way. Whether it was recommending some improvements we needed to make, contractors to perform the jobs at a reasonable price or being there to allow access, Kim was always available as well as for our calls day, night or weekends. She was in constant communication after showings and offered excellent advice regarding our listing.
