Kim is smart, hard working and VERY thorough. I've known her since she was a teenager when I married her aunt. I hired her because I knew her character and work ethic not because she was relations. Kim will be my agent when I list my previous home for sale in the near future.

Kim was on target in locating housing in suitable areas of metro Atlanta. She sent us listings that fit our criteria almost daily. It seemed our schedule was her schedule, meaning she made herself available. We lived out of town in the beginning of our search which made it challenging at times. Kim took it all in stride and provided the best possible service. We weren't available for the inspection so Kim represented us. She is good on home values and developing punch lists for the seller or builder. We closed on our new home with no problems.
