We have known Kim through her husband for about 8 years. I always knew that when it came time to sell our house, we wanted to give Kim the opportunity. That time had finally came and we are glad that we did. Absolutely everything went off without a hitch. We were concerned because our house was built in 1928 but, we had nothing to worry about. Kim had It in contract within 12 hours after going on the market. The communication was great, keeping us up to date went flawlessly.
