Kim gave us some good initial tips on current home price ranges for our style home and area of Chester County. We discussed selling price strategy which worked out well as we got $30K above our list price. The area that Kim really shined was clear communication with the seller's realtor and mortgage company when those (2) parties were not following the agreed upon terms of the sale contract without prior written approval of the seller. She called them on it and it helped us to stay on track with the sellers and keep the agreement terms intact. Finally, we also had a failed septic system and we worked together with a septic company that she has a strong track record with to a successful resolution.
