I worked with Kim to both sell and purchase a home. Her advice on house prep and timing meant my house sold in days in a hot market. The sale had issues on the buyer side and through it all Kim went above and beyond to keep the buyer drama away from and prevent it from slowing the process. My purchase went much smoother, but it took time to find a good house in an aging market, and again she was there through all four offers, making sure the offer was what it should be. In the end I got the good house and avoided some real stinkers.
