I engaged Kim because she was like a family member, plus she was a minority female and I like to work with people from my community and are minority. I believe is supporting black own businesses. I owned my home for about 23 yrs so I do not have mush experience dealing with real estate agent. She did everything she said should do, took some beautiful photos of my home and eventually get it sold. Would I recommend her to some one else, sure.
