Kimberly exceeded all my expectations and went above and beyond in answering all our questions and even doing extensive research for a specific question we had about a home being in a flood zone. When no one else could answer our questions, she found the answer! She was always accessible by phone, text, or email. She even made an offer happen on a Friday afternoon while she was at the airport about to go on vacation and continued to be accessible over the weekend. She made our family feel like we were her only clients and was able to gracefully navigate all of the strong personalities in our family (My husband and my parents). I have dealt with other real estate agents in the past when buying our house and our in-laws, but was left feeling like the agent wasn't really advocating for us.
