Outstanding performance deserves recognition. The consummate professional, Kim is hands-down the best Real Estate professional out there. She is well versed in industry nuances - totally prepared with the right direction/course to take under any contingency that may arise, neighborhood covenants, county/state law, contract law and the list goes on. Her personality and intelligence enables her to work through the most difficult of situations. She remains in constant contact via email, text and phone at every turn and often has to take the initiative to "get the other side going" on their obligation. She is keen on follow-up and follow-through. She knows what it takes to sell your home; price, repair, renovation or simply just aesthetics and staging.
