Kim went above and beyond and helped us make the right decision about the purchase of a new home. She was there to guide us at every stage of the home buying process.We would like to add that we are so grateful that we found Kim and we do not have words to thank her for standing by us throughout the entire process. Kim offered great insight as to the current fast-paced market conditions that are occurring here in the Cobb County metro area. As our "buyer's agent", Kim was always available for showings, punctual, offered solid and meaningful advice on area neighborhoods, contacted us if something came on the market she thought would be of interest via email/text/phone-call, followed up on questions that we had about a property or amenities, and treated everyone absolutely with the utmost courtesy and respect. My overall impression: Kim is exceptionally competent, very personable, a great conversationalist, has unsurpassed community and real estate knowledge, and is very easy to work with. Out of 10+ real estate transactions I have experienced (buying / selling), Kim is by far the best agent.

We had an incredible experience with Kim Radford as our realtor! She was 'assigned' to us through USAA's Real Estate Rewards Network, and we are so grateful for our luck! We were selling a rental property in Georgia so we could use our VA loan funds to purchase a home in another state, and needed to do some quick renovations to prepare the property for sale. Knowing the complexities of renovating and selling when you're not near the home, she went above and beyond to help us prepare our property. She recommended contractors she had personally used (who were wonderful!), checked on our house for us, and matched our schedule so everything would be ready for signatures just as the finishing touches were applied! After two days on the market, we had an offer for full asking price, and closed within 30 days without a single issue. We just signed a contract on our new home and owe our ability to move so efficiently on Kim's expertise and kindness! She is professional, thoughtful, knows the ins and outs, and is a sound advisor though every step in the process. We could not have asked for a better realtor, and are grateful to now call her a friend. We only wish we could've used her to purchase our new home as well, as she is truly incredible.

She went above and beyond by visiting the property multiple times on our behalf and giving constant status updates on key pieces of information which provided timely execution of appropriations. This led to the home receiving an offer within 48 hours of listing.
