Kim Pratt has mastered the real estate trade. I have done 4 different real estate transaction in the past few months with Kim and her team and wouldn’t consider doing business with anybody else at this point. Finding a good realtor is a challenge so I was upset when my previous realtor retired. After doing business with Kim and her team, I wish I had switched earlier.
