Kim was the listing agent when we sold our house and she did an incredible job. We lived in a different state when we sold our house and she took care of everything. She orchestrated all the work that needed to get done on the house in order for a quick sale at a great price and she dealt with any issue that came up. Kim also did a lot of extra things that a listing agent typically wouldn't like handling the move of a car and furniture that was still at the house on top of everything else. She spent a lot of her time making sure that everything was taken care of and we definitely appreciate it. We ended up getting multiple offers and were very happy with the final sales price. We couldn't ask for a better real estate agent than Kim.
