Kim handled the sale of our house perfectly. She was very knowledgeable about the market, setting a time frame for offers and presently all offers to us promptly. She made sure we understood the terms of the offers and which would benefit us the most. Kim was on top of every detail right up to closing which caused us less stress. We really appreciated Kim's optimistic and friendly attitude.

Kim is everything you want in an agent. She got us into houses at a moments notice. If you have questions or concerns, Kim is on it and will get you answers. Kim is also a very kind, caring and fun person to work with. Highly recommend!

Kim handled the sale of our house with excellence and hard work. There were even unforeseen issues that she helped with immensely to push through the sale of our home to the desired outcome. Do yourself a favor and let her handle your real estate sale or purchase, she’s the best!!

Kim helped us to get the best price we could get for our home. Honestly, I was skeptical that we would be able to get our asking price, but got 2 full price offers within 48 hours of listing!
