Kim Nash and Carpenter has now done three transactions for me. Selling my first home I had with my ex (it sold in 2 weeks), helping us buy our first home together and now selling that home. She was on our side 100% and walked us through the entire process being very thorough from start to finish. She was very hones with us, every step of the way regarding what we needed to do to get the house ready to sell and sell fast because we both had new jobs starting and kids starting school.
