Kim made purchasing my house an easy task. At my request we went to several different towns and looked at many, many homes. Kim was always cheerful and gave me confidence in what she was doing. I really appreciated her services. Even when I felt frustrated at the number of homes I viewed without success, she kept me motivated. I now count her as a friend.
We were working with another agent, and last minute pushed us off on to her, she was supposed to make a 4 hour car ride to make sure her mom got home on time, but instead took us to go see house and then made the drive and did all the paperwork for putting in an offer that night stay up with us till 12:00. We love her very much and wouldn’t suggest anyone else beside her as a realtor and highly recommend her for anyone who will listen.
