Kim has done several house for myself and my family. Each time we are very pleased with the services she provides. If you just want to see one house or 100 hoses Kim will be there to help you. In addition the rest of team at Joe Cloud is very helpful, and they host some great parties! The extra things she did for us made closing sooooo nice and if you need help don't worry because she knows EVERYONE!!!

She really goes the extra mile for you and makes herself available for any questions or concerns you might have along the way. When we sold our home Kim guided us through the process of preparing our home to put on the market and all the special touches to really make it shine during showings. She marketed our home and negotiated so we could get top dollar. When it came time for us to buy our new home her extensive knowledge of the area and what it has to offer was incredibly helpful. Kim was very patient and really listened to our needs, which at times were different between my husband and I and still managed to help us find our perfect dream home. I can not say enough good things about Kim. I highly recommend her!
