We purchased 12 acres of gorgeous land in Chipley, GA (this is right outside of Pine Mountain.) Both zkim & Nathaniel were just AWESOME! They were so helpful in making this dream a reality! They made this process so easy for us! Kim & Nathaniel were always available, easy to get in touch with, very knowledgeable about the particular land we were interested in, and the entire process in us being able to close the deal! The process moved along so quickly, we were able to close the deal in approximately 2 weeks! Yes! A mere 2 weeks! The lawyer they used are very reputable, and made it easy as well.
