We started working with Kim nearly two years before we bought the house of our dream, clearly with her help. Our transition from Knoxville, Tennessee to Columbus, Ohio took longer than anticipated. We were unsure about the timing of buying a house in Columbus and equally uncertain about our price range. This is a terrible situation for a real estate agent, who had to deal with several "degrees of freedom" (sorry, I am a scientist) when dealing with her customers. We applaud Kim for not just bearing with us during this time, but for helping us to navigate through these uncertainties with patience, understanding, knowledge, and grace. Once we zoomed into New Albany as our future home site, Kim worked hard to get us all the information we needed and with her help we've got several peaks into properties that were just about to hit the market. She stayed with us during our hesitations (price versus location versus good deal versus prestige) without pushing, but always with a good advice and her own perspective on things. To make the long story short, we bought the house of our dream (well, actually, well above our dreams) and it wouldn't happen without Kim. We are proud to have had Kim as our real estate agent.
