Kim Millen has always been a fantastic realtor and she has helped both of my two older brothers find homes that they love as well. She really listened to what me and my husband were looking for. She was there to ask questions to at any time of day and she made sure that we were able to see houses almost as soon as they went on the market. Without Kim, my husband and I for sure would not have found a home yet! Kim could have completed every job herself that is how knowledgeable she is about each aspect of purchasing a home. During closing we were missing paperwork from the sellers and she herself called the other closing company and had them sent over so that we didn’t have any delays.
