First time homebuyers here, we had no idea who to turn to for a real estate agent once we got approved for a mortgage, but we were recommended to Kim. We weren't sure what to expect, but Kim was very prompt with responding to our inquiry, took time to answer all of our questions, and gave us helpful insight and information going into our first meeting with her and seeing our first houses. That relationship continued to grow and build over time, with her always being honest, transparent, upfront, prompt, and non-judgemental whether it was answering all our millions of questions about the process, sharing about her experience, or getting her two cents and tips on things. She has experience from flipping houses and remodels as well as brand new construction and construction companies, and she was able to give us insight on anything we may have wondered about inside and outside of the homes.
