We had been in the market for quite some time looking to buy our first home in Maine. We had tried a few different real estate agents before, but had difficulty finding someone reliable, as well as professional and knowledgeable. We were referred to Kim by a family member who had used her before and had a great experience. As soon as I connected with Kim, she was always right there for me when I needed her. There wasn't a question or problem that she didn't have an answer to or a way to get an answer if she didn't know. She was always very professional unlike other agents I had dealt with before. She also had a great team of people that she works with like home inspectors and mortgage lenders. Due to Kim's hardwork and a great team of people, we were able to make an offer and close on a house in under 30 days.
