Selling and buying is stressful! But Kim made the process seamless. She looks out for you. She is very knowledgable with the legal side. Kim helped with understand the letters and forms the attorneys would send. Very easy going and sweet. We would highly recommend Kim for selling and buying! She sold our neighbors home in less than five days and our home in about 10 days. She helped us find our new home !
