Kim Leighton

Kim was great with helping us purchase our home from out of state. She communicated with us every step of the way to make sure we knew what mile markers we needed to reach and pushed along other agencies to help us meet our timeline. I had been looking for a home for months unofficially. Moved from NC to Florida to be close to family. I was looking for a job, taking care of family, and looking for a home. I connected with Kim to look at a home. We looked at many in the Milton/Pace area. I reviewed numerous listings, looked at some of them. Reviewed what I was really wanting and decided to look at something smaller. Looked at a house and instantly knew it was what I wanted. Although it did need some work, I purchased the home and love my neighborhood.
