Excellent Communication and Knowledge

This was our first home buying experience and Kim made it feel so easy. She communicated great with us on what to expect and responded so fast with new homes to look at, documents to sign and information on the area as we really didn’t know much. She not only helped with finding our home but helped us with understanding all the processes from inspection to appraisal to all those final closing details. Kim also connected us with local contractors and really helped us know what we would be getting into with each home we viewed. She truly is amazing at what she does and would recommend her to anyone!
