She did a fantastic job with the marketing—her photos really showcased the property, and she kept the listing highly visible, which brought in a lot of interest. One area for potential improvement could be providing more regular updates on buyer activity and clearer guidance when offers were made, as that would have been helpful during the decision-making process. Overall, I was happy with her work, and with a bit more communication, she’d be an even stronger realtor.
