I cannot praise Kim enough for everything she has done for me. I moved to Northwest Ohio from New York. She went out of her way to help find the perfect house for me. It was not easy looking at houses over video chat, sometimes it was downright impossible to get a signal. Kim would take videos and sent them to me. There is no pressure to settle on a house with Kim, we worked together for six or seven months before I found my forever home. She is very knowledgeable agent, pointed out things that I would have never looked at. I would highly recommend Kim as your agent, you will not be disappointed, and you may make a friend for life!

One area for potential improvement could be providing more regular updates on buyer activity and clearer guidance when offers were made, as that would have been helpful during the decision-making process. Overall, I was happy with her work, and with a bit more communication, she’d be an even stronger realtor.
