Professional or honest? I’ll go with honest. Kim is the best end of story! With Kim’s help we found our forever home, but if I’m ever in the market to buy I won’t consider another realtor. Do yourself a favor and remember Leeper is a Keeper!!!

Moved from out of state in a short time frame. I contacted Kim and told her the home we wanted and made an offer. She did not have to search for homes for us nor show multiple homes. Through the whole process Kim appeared to not be interested in helping us with this purchase. There was very little communication and I spent a number of hours on the phone with the title company and the lender to get documents to them that Kim should have taken care of to get things closed on time. As a licensed agent myself I was not impressed.
Kim went above and beyond in her duties as an agent. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions. I will and would recommend her to others looking to buy a home.
Kim was the perfect person to walk next to us while selling out house. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and knew exactly what we should ask for our house. She was in our court the entire time and was able to advise us as to what repairs we needed to make. Our buyers had some roadblocks and she kept us informed every step of the way. When we had questions, she was able to answer them in a timely manner. We got an offer at full asking price on the first day. We highly recommend Kim to anyone buying or selling a home.
