Awesome, funny, thorough and patient. Couldn't ask for a better realtor. It took me a whole year on and off to discide on the house. Kim. Spent a lot of time with me. She sent me daily update of what was available and was always available when I asked to see a property.

I cannot imagine purchasing this home with any other broker than Kim Kortleever. There was no doubt that my needs were her first priority. She made sure that I was protected and covered every single step of the way. Purchasing a home as a single female can be stressful. Anytime stressful situations arose, Kim rose to the challenge immediately to do what was necessary to alleviate the stress. I never had to wait on her to return calls and stay in touch with me. If she was going to be unavailable for a brief time, she always made me aware. She made me feel safe and secure throughout the entire process. One thing that I particularly loved about working with Kim is that she would fight for me. I knew that she was my advocate. She put my best interest ahead of a quick sale and commission for herself! Simply stated, if I purchase another home, I would not even consider using anyone else except Kim Kortleever.
