Kim King is an excellent communicator that cared about finding the right home for me. This was my first time purchasing a home, and Kim guided me through every step of the process. She explained things in a clear manner, helped me negotiate deals, and gave her honest opinion based on market knowledge. Kim was fantastic to work with and I recommend her to anyone purchasing a new home.
