If it were possible to give more than five stars, I would! First, we got the original offer on New Year’s Day, when Kim was ON VACATION. That tells you something, right there. The sale of our house went relatively smoothly, but our move out did not, and Kim pitched in and helped us get out of the house as if it was SHE who was moving! She helped us pack and load the trucks in high heels! My husband and I were absolutely crazed, I was on the verge of a breakdown, and Kim helped us get through it with grace and humor. And weeks later, after we realized that we left some sentimental personal belongings in the house, Kim went back and got them for us, and had them shipped to us in our new location. If you want a Realtor who GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND, Kim is the one for you!
