We worked with Kim remote for quite a while last year. We were still in Texas and looking for a home on the water in NC. Kim sent us many homes and we came to NC to view a couple, even made offers but nothing locked in. We gave up a couple times but Kim did not. We finally came across this house in New Bern that was perfect, the best we had seen. There was another offer on the table so we stretched as far as we could and got accepted. After inspections we went back into negotiations and if it wasn’t for Kim and the selling broker the deal would not have gone through. We have now been in the house for 6 months and love it more and more as time goes by. This is our peaceful, quiet place - we love it.
