Aside from being very responsive and professional, I think the thing I liked best about Kim is that she's genuine. As a first time home buyer, I felt comfortable trusting her advice and expertise. She really helped me through a few points of contention and in hindsight, I'm thankful she helped me through this. I'd certainly woul recommend using Kim to anyone who is in the market
