Kim is the most patient agent you will find and she works overtime to make sure you are comfortable with your selling/buying process. The selling/buying process can be stressful and Kim makes sure you are well informed and up to date with all parts of the process. There is so much involved in selling a home---organize the furniture so it shows well to potential buyers...decide what small improvements to do...pack and identify a mover...get through the escrow paperwork....and then figure out how and where to live next!
