Kim was very communicative and responsive to our questions. Brought up things we didn’t even know to ask. Answered questions at any time of day or night- we were looking from out of state and in a different time zone. Brought up things when we would ask about a home like if it was in a flood zone, etc. would definitely recommend working with Kim Hogan.
Way back in 2009 my sister and I decided to buy a house together. My sister found Kim and she helped us buy a house together. Fast forward to 2017, I was ready to buy a house on my own and the first person I reached out to was Kim. Fast forward again to 2025, I was ready to sell the house Kim helped me buy in 2017 and purchase my forever home with my child and fiancee. Kim was there for me again. I never thought that this would turn into a 15+ year relationship. Over the years Kim has sent updates about the housing market, holiday party invites and other special events for her clients. She has absolutely turned into a friend and I am so thankful for the guidance she's provided four times now. She has been there for me in my early 20's with no idea how the home buying process works to current day with a child and significant other buying our forever home. She really has watched me grow up! Kim is honestly one of the kindest people I have met since moving down to Orlando. Kim sold my daughter’s house about a year ago with no problem whatsoever. My daughter said I’ll give her a call for you. Kim was available to me anytime I needed her, always wanting to help me get through this any way possible. She is a delight to work with and very savvy. She supported me through every step of the sale and showed me how to make little things work to help sell my home. She is a very busy person but always made time for me.
