After struggling with another realtor for awhile trying to sell my home I found Kim Hodzic. She’s not only knowledgeable, but extremely caring. Her passion and drive for this profession is absolutely unheard of, she did everything I needed above and beyond with focus and determination. As a seller she protected me and made sure I got the best deal for my home. Always on time, keeping me updated, and not taking no for an answer she made it sure I was protected and carefree . The fact that she managed every detail of this sale with me out of state and left me with zero worries is incredible. AND SHE SOLD MY HOUSE IN 3 DAYS!
