Kim was amazing! She not only stayed on top of offers, but she helped us with contractors and stayed on top of them! She seemed to have a contact for every need we had. She even walked us through our solar transfer. She knew the best time to sell, when to list, and is a wonderful hostess at an Open House. We love Kim! If/when we move back to Yuma, she'll be the first person we call!
