Service that goes above and beyond! Kim was absolutely pleasant to work with. She was very responsive and on top of things. If it hadn't been for her and her team we would have not been able to close on the house. But because of her and her team's persistence we were able to have a viewing of the house before anyone else did and make an offer the same day. Along the way, she guided me expertly to make the right decisions and ensure I had the knowledge required to buying a house. During the whole process I felt taken care of and my needs being respected (no upselling , no shenanigans). Very trustworthy service. On top of that Kim went above and beyond when the seller did not uphold their end of the Bargen. This is a realtor I can recommend wholeheartedly.
