I purchased the home through Kim at 202 Shady Oaks Circle. I knew nothing about the area but gave Kim and Mark specifics on what I was looking for my family of 5. Both Kim and Mark are extremely knowledgable about all aspects of homes and neighborhoods in Lake Mary. I was living in another state and depended completely on the trust of Kim and Mark. I purchased my home without ever visiting it! Kim also guided me to professionals to make adjustments to the home before move in. She also took care of recommending and supervising improvements before move in. I have now been living in this outstanding home in a great community! Everything about the home is perfect and fits our needs better than anything we would have chosen on our own--or could have imagined! I have been reviewing zillow homes in the area since then more to get an idea of the area. Each time I see Kim's name associated with a sale, the property appears fairly priced and is usually sold soon after listing. You might notice instances where other properties are listed for awhile. That doesn't happen with Kim's listings! When she lists it, it is priced very close to fair market value. I would not ever go to anyone else! The only negative for Kim is that she chose so well for us that we do not ever intend on leaving! But if we ever do, no question who will be our selling agent--and buying agent again!
