Kim is a lifelong Indiana resident who has called Noblesville home since 1996. She and her husband, Rich, a Noblesville HS teacher, raised four children who are now starting families of their own. Kim's deep roots in the community give her a unique understanding of the local real estate market, from the best neighborhoods to hidden gems.
With a background in business management from Ivy Tech and a diploma in Interior Design, Kim's transition to real estate was a natural one. In 2010, she founded I Love It Designs!, where she specializes in home staging, floor planning, and creating 3D renderings that help clients visualize a home's full potential. Her keen eye for design and focus on both aesthetics and functionality allow her to provide valuable insights that can increase a property's market value.
Kim also brings experience in home renovations, having recently flipped a property in Elwood, transforming it from a 4-bedroom, 1-bath home into a fully remodeled 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath gem. Her ability to see a home's potential and guide clients through renovations or purchasing decisions is a key asset.
In addition to her real estate career, Kim has a strong commitment to her community. She founded the Good Samaritan Network's Festival of Trees, which has become a major fundraiser, helping local families during the holiday season.
Through her dedication to service and expertise in design and real estate, Kim is well-equipped to help her clients find the perfect home or investment property.
