To have someone walk you through the endeavor, the sale of your parents home - was a "Blessing." Kim was very knowledgeable about everything ( state , county, and city ordinances ) . The most noteworthy aspect of our dealings with Kim was her professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market especially with short sales. She helped navigate my wife and I through the process of a short sale in Monmouth County, NJ. She keep our expectations realistic and explained the pitfalls of dealing with multiple lenders. Although we were unable to make the purchase in the end she walked us through every step of the way making the short sale process less daunting than it already is.
