A motivated listing Agent who was able to close the deal.
I had a bad experience with the 1st lister - he did nothing so my expectations were high for a new Agent. Kim and I came up with a plan an we stuck to the plan that led to success. I beleive that Kim performed her duties in an exemplary manner.
